Data used by OrderXpert is first imported from your corporate business software system. Orders are then created on the scanner, downloaded to a PC and then exported to back your business software , so that no manual data entry is required. This eliminates errors caused by misinterpreted handwriting or manual keying mistakes. Direct interfaces are available for most accounting systems, including ACCPAC, MAS-90/200, QuickBooks, Great Plains, Macola, and many others.
